Our Mission
At Food for All (Cornwall) CIC, our mission is to make healthy, plant-based food accessible to everyone — especially those facing food poverty and social isolation. We believe that food is more than fuel; it’s a way to build community, restore dignity, and create spaces where everyone feels welcome.
We provide free, nutritious, vegetable-based meals through community centres, pop-up kitchens, and local partnerships. These meals are designed not only to nourish the body but also to bring people together — because no one should have to face hunger or loneliness alone.

Event with Purpose

At Food for All (Cornwall) CIC, we would like to begin hosting community events and wellbeing workshops with food as a way to bring people together, celebrate diversity, to introduce real care and to support our mission to reduce food poverty and loneliness.

These events are not just about eating — they’re about connection, creativity, and care.
As a `community enthusiast` I’ve spent years working within the community to create spaces where people feel welcome and valued. These gatherings are a natural extension of that work.
While we’re still in the early stages, our aim is to grow this into a sustainable project that can raise funds for free meals and eventually create paid opportunities for local people. Food is always included in the ticket price — no hidden costs — and a portion of every ticket goes directly back into our mission.

This is just the beginning, and we’re building it with heart, intention, and community at the centre.

Thank you for your time

Community Engagement
Building Strong Community Bonds

Community, in the heart of everything
Promoting Healthy Lifestyle Choices

At Food for All (Cornwall) CIC, we’re always looking for new ways to bring people together. We’re now exploring community fundraising events — from quiz nights and raffles to relaxed gatherings with affordable, cold food on offer. These events are about more than raising funds; they’re about creating joyful, welcoming spaces where everyone feels they belong. Whether you come to test your trivia skills, share a meal, or support a good cause, you’re part of something bigger. We’re excited to grow this side of our work and invite more people to the table.

Our Story
Food for All (Cornwall) CIC is a community interest company rooted in the belief that food should be accessible to everyone — not just as nourishment, but as a way to build connection, dignity, and community.

Our core mission is to address food poverty by providing free, plant-based meals to those who need them most. We aim to work in partnership with community centres, food banks, shelters, and local organisations to ensure our meals reach people experiencing homelessness, deep food insecurity, or isolation.

But our work goes far beyond food distribution. We use food as a tool for connection — creating spaces where people can cook, eat, and support one another. Whether it's volunteering in the kitchen, joining one of our gatherings, taking part in peer support worskhops, or simply sharing a meal, we believe food can open the door to friendship, healing, and mutual support.
Cornwall is home to people from many cultures and backgrounds, each bringing unique culinary traditions and diverse stories. At Food for All (Cornwall) CIC, we celebrate this richness by organising inclusive gatherings where food becomes a shared language.

Sustaining the Mission

To keep our work going and growing, we are exploring community gatherings and other revenue-generating activities that align with our values. These services will not only showcase our delicious, plant-based food but also help fund our free community meals and mental health support initiatives. Every pound earned will help us build longer tables and stronger communities.
“If you have more than enough, build a longer table, not a higher fence.”
This quote guides our vision: a world where abundance is shared, barriers are broken, and everyone has a seat at the table.
